Bizdooroo (the “Developer,” “we,” or “us”) explains how Routine4 (작심4일) (the “Service”) handles information below.
The Service lets you record a goal to pursue for four days without creating an account. Goals and preferences are stored on your device and are not sent to the Developer’s servers. You do not need to provide your name, contact details, or account information. If you enter personal information in a goal, that content is also stored on your device. Emails you voluntarily send to support are handled as described in Section 5.
| Information | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Goal text, randomly generated goal identifiers, start/end times, progress/completion status, and completion time | Manage active goals and display past records. |
| Whether a record is hidden and whether hidden records are displayed | Manage the history view. Hiding is not deletion. |
| Notification preferences, times and scheduling status, language, and theme | Schedule goal reminders and preserve preferences. |
Notification permission is used to display goal reminders on your device. On Android, alarm-related features schedule reminders at precise times and restore schedules after a restart. You can change notification and exact-alarm permissions in operating-system settings. Without these permissions, reminders may not appear or may arrive at a different time. You can still record goals. Manage lock-screen notification visibility through your device’s notification settings.
The app does not use advertising, user tracking, or external analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. It has no feature that shares, outsources the processing of, or transfers goal and preference information to servers overseas. If you separately use an email app or external website, that service’s policy applies.
Goals and preferences remain on your device until you delete them. Deleting a goal through the history screen removes it from the device database. Hiding a record changes only its visibility and does not delete it. Restrictions on editing or cancelling an active goal are part of the goal workflow and do not prevent you from clearing app data or deleting the app.
You can remove on-device information by clearing app data where the operating system supports it or by deleting the app. Offloading an app on iOS may retain its data and is different from deleting it. Copies created by operating-system backup and restore features must be managed separately in the relevant backup settings; deleting the app does not by itself delete those copies.
If you contact us by email, we process your sender email address, message, and attachments only to respond and resolve your inquiry. Under the existing policy, we retain this information for one year and then delete it. Contacting support is optional and is not required to use the app. Please do not send unnecessary personal information or information about other people. Email providers are used to transmit and store correspondence.
You may contact us below to request access to, correction or deletion of, or restriction of processing of your inquiry information, or to withdraw consent. A legal guardian or authorized representative may also make a request; we verify their authority only to the extent necessary. Provide only the minimum information needed to locate the inquiry, such as the sender email address and approximate date. We explain the outcome or any applicable limitations in accordance with applicable law. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete emails you have already sent.
We cannot remotely access, correct, or delete information stored only on your device. Please manage it through the app and operating-system controls. We delete inquiry information when it is no longer needed; if retention is legally required, we retain it on the applicable legal basis for the required period.
We announce material changes, such as changes to the information processed or its purposes, on this page or a linked screen in the app at least seven days before they take effect. We provide separate notice or obtain consent when required by law. This clarification describes existing information handling and deletion methods; it does not introduce new collection features.
